"We really needed some insulation since we could tell we didnâ t have much protection. Now we have plenty of protection and we are happy. The crew came in, set up, and worked quite well together. They did an excellent job. We highly recommend Northstar for their work and their pricing."

"Awesome job of insulating the attic willing to explain any concerns .felt sorry for the tech because of the high temperature that day but he never complained. Great job"

"I was scheduled within a week and the job was completed in 2 days. I felt he was thorough getting insulation in every nook and cranny. Very satisfied."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Did a great job! They went above and beyond what I expected. Very professional and reasonable in pricing. The communication was excellent. Any questions I had were promptly answered. I would definitely hire them again."

"He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."

"He did a great job on everything we asked him to do. He was timely in getting us a quote and getting the work done. We definitely recommend him!"
