"This is the 2nd house that I've had Matt and his team install fencing to enclose my backyard. He made it all even easy and worry free. The installation transpired without any issues. It took 2 days to install. When they were done, it was like the fence was always there. No debris, it was all cleaned up and ready to enjoy."

"The quote process was very good with quick initial response and quick email follow ups.
The job prep of taking out the old chain link fence went very well and the new metal pols for the new fence were installed in concrete as they should be. Some firms do not put the metal poles in concrete but only pound them in.
The install also went great and the end results are super!
"

"I'm so angry I can't see straight. We signed the contract on April 11 2014. Still don't have a new fence, gate or posts. The problem is Bob. Instead of having a full time office person. Bob is the office, the estimator, the gopher. At his convenience he comes to give an estimate. At this point, your foolish enough to proceed. He gives you paper work to have neighbors sign since it's a replacement not a repair. You do that in a few minutes. Call Bob and tell him. Unless you run the paper work to the office it could be a few days before he'll pick it up. So like a dummy, you drive it over. Then you find out you need one more signature. You get it and run it over to the office. Then you find out there's a glitch with ownership of one of the homes. You call Bob and tell him that. You also tell him to tell the permit guy that the city taxes come in two names. Of course he doesn't. You make the call and leave a message for permit guy. He gets back to you and says he'll investigate. Then he calls again to say they can waive it and the permit will be approved. You call Bob and tell him this. But you get the call that the permit is ready. Why? Because, you filled the form out as you believed to be right. Turns out you not Star Fence is the applicant. Bob told me he'd fix it when he first saw the forms I of course delivered to him. Fast forward, it's now three weeks since the permit was ready. I was told last week when I called for a status check they'd be here tomorrow to remove the old and set the posts for the new. If I hadn't called to find out what time they start work, I guess I'd find out they aren't coming until the day was over and nobody came. At that, after the work that was supposed to happen tomorrow it was going to be the following Friday the sections would be installed. Bob keeps trying to sell me on a setting time for the cement. I challenge it saying if the set the posts on Friday. The installation of the sections should happen two days later on Monday not a week later. I have a furry kid. For a week, they expect me to regardless of weather or time of day take him out on a leash. A smart business would put up a temp fence until installation could be completed.
Unless the installation is a DaVinci work of art. This will be the worst business experience I've ever dealt with. I will be back to report when the job is finally completed.

I would use them again making allowances for time. I will also recommend them to people.
UPDATE: I've already posted a review but said I'd be back at completion. Although I have had some frustration and wasted time. I have to say that I'm completely satisfied with the installation. I'm 0lder with heart and lung disease. I have a dog. It's been a real hardship to leash him and go out with him no matter time of day or night and weather conditions for ten days. That being said. When they finally get to it, they do excellent work. With the warning of and quot;if your in a hurryand quot; you might want to choose someone else. But, since quality in my opinion, is most important. I'd use them again and would recommend them."

"
They replaced the valley by interlocking new shingles. They replaced the boot around the chimney and added new shingles around the chimney. They also replaced needed plywood that had rotted out from the water leak. I watched from time to time. It was a lot of work to be done. A lot harder than just laying down a new roof. Alot of companies just want to sell you a new roof and not be bothered with doing repairs.

There were three workers. It took two days. They worked in the rain part of one day.Any debris was cleaned up and hauled away. Mr. Collins came to the site several times to check on the work being done.

Initially,I left a voice mail message requesting an estimate. He called back in a couple of days.We set a time for the inspection and he was on time calling ahead to let me know that he was on his way.He inspected the roof and we came to a mutual decision on the work to be done. The price seemed fair and he knew exactly what needed to be done. I had a long list of questions to ask him. He took his time in answering the questions and explained things to me until I fully understood. I felt good about our meeting and did not feel it necessary to get another estimate. The result of all of this was NO Roof Leak
"

"They are a family owned business. We talked to the owner and they were trying to get the business off the ground. They didn't show up for the first application but we didn’t call anybody else and they showed up a week later. They gave us $400 off. They were just excellent. They did all the paperwork and everything. We didn't have to go pull permits or anything. They cleaned up everything. If they'd had a vacuum for the lawn, they would have done that too. They were very, very nice. It took them 4 days and that included getting permits. The pricing was really good and they worked with us. They even offered to take payments. We paid cash but not many companies offer that. We let them choose and pick up the gates and they are beautiful. They were included in the price. They were very professional but they didn't mind talking to us. They talked to me and answered my questions. We would definitely use them again."

"Everything went well. The fence is beautiful. Even though they weren't the cheapest quote we got, they were the best option. They offered the best materials of the highest quality. All of the workers were professional and friendly. They were good people to interact with. If they had even the most simple question of preference for us, they asked instead of just slapping the fence up. They did a great job.
"
