"Michael arrived exactly on time and took me to sign a lease on my new apartment, stopping twice along the way so I could buy a money order for the security deposit.  He had memorized directions to the new place, which were complicated - we had no problems finding the place and he got me there right on time.  Picking out my apartment and signing the lease took much longer than expected and he waited patiently for over an hour and a half.  He then brought me home.  This was the second time I had used his service and I was just as pleased the second time as the first.  I had to reschedule twice and he was very pleasant about it - in fact he was very pleasant and professional in all our interactions. "I've been using ABS for 12 years on all of my cars (I tend to drive cars until they fall apart).  They've always been cheerful, reliable, and fair.  They've never tried to sell me anything that I didn't want - they call with an estimate and suggest the things that are more important to do right away and those that can be deferred, which is useful if you're on a budget.  Quality is excellent, and they try hard to fit your schedule. <br /> One thing I find very useful is that there's a CUE bus stop across the street that goes to Vienna Metro, so I can drop my car there in the morning, take the bus to the Metro, and then pick up my car in the evening.  As long as you tell them, they'll leave the keys locked in the car, so even if you get there after they close, it works great. <br />"

He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary. <br /> For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area. <br /> If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim. <br /> I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services. <br />"
