I wouldn't recommend another company to do pavers, concrete, or landscaping work. The attention to detail was absolutely amazing! They transformed the front and the back of my home with beautiful pavers, hand cutting each piece and laying each one of them so symmetrically. I've had at least half a dozen neighbors stop in to see their work and ask for a business card! And the clean up...my goodness. "Experienced basement flooding due to Frankenstorm. I emailed Waterproofing, Inc. the morning after the storm, and was called back
within the hour. I met with Steve Norfolk at the building an hour after that with my maintenance contractor to assess the problem. We determined the problem was a malfunctioning sump pump. Waterproofing, Inc. did not charge for the visit. Their responsiveness, and helpfulness on probably the busiest day of the year was extraordinary.

"They did the work,but I am not pleased with the finishing. The cabinets are not working fine, because the floor of the garage wasn’t even. There was like a V shaped long area which was not covered and later they covered that. I was a little bit displeased with the aesthetic of it , but the system changed the look of mine. I want them to be aware of these kind of things because they do this all the time. When everything is new and this 3-4 inches of area is left behind in front of the garage, it doesn’t look nice. They also came back and removed a cabinet because it was obstructing when I took my car out."

"It went well, Padro and his wife were very helpful in planning of our project, they both had good ideas to add to the project. Padro is very meticulous in his work and takes great pride in it as well. I would definitely have him come back and do any other projects that might come up. We will probably get a couple other estimates for comparison at that point, but we were very happy with our consultation experience with Adrian."

It was pretty good, not an A experience -- but a B.  The price was very good and the work was acceptable.  They were not super professional -- some late projects.  Something was backordered, a subcontractor didn't show, the assistant wasn't working out -- so the projects took longer than initially planned.  And in terms of quality they were pretty good.  The dormers that were wrapped in aluminum look great.  The concrete work was excellent.   The plumbing and electrical work were great.  The interior paint was pretty good - it was also a great price so no complaints.  A shutter they secured fell off.  And the gutter detached -- but they repaired it. The shingles they replaced when they put the new rake board on fell off -- on both sides of the house.  They didn't think it was related, but the shingles were fine for 15+ years before they removed them and tacked them back down.  So we disagree on this point.  I should have brought it their attention earlier.  Overall, they did a lot of very good work at an excellent price.
