"Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"

Ameribuilt LLC is the area's once stop source for your home improvement needs. It is no secret that today’s construction industry is extremely unforgiving. Many contractors have completely lost focus of what matters most, the customer. Due to the current economic conditions across the country, many business owners have developed a new low volume/high profit philosophy by charging more for their services to the few clients who actually choose them to complete the work. Rather than changing their business model to reflect the current conditions, these contractors justify this poor behavior as a means for survival in a tough, but improving economy. In addition, these contractors still have a “you’re lucky to have me build your project” attitude. The staff at Ameribuilt does not believe that you should be overcharged simply because a contractor is either too lazy or does not have the capacity to adjust their business model to reflect the current market conditions. The one trait all successful business’ have in common is their ability to adapt to the ever changing market conditions. Furthermore, we at Ameribuilt feel lucky to have our clients invest their hard earned money with us, not the opposite. We believe that we are fortunate to have your business, and it is our responsibility to ensure you have the best possible experience. Our goal is to bring back the personal touch which was lost long ago in the overinflated construction industry. We pledge to not only offer high quality products at fair market relevant prices, but unsurpassed customer service too. That is why we have hand picked each member of the Ameribuilt team. Ameribuilt team member selections are based on three vital factors; Integrity, Motivation and Commitment. These factors were established in order to find team members who have the integrity to make the wise choices which are in the best interests of our clients. The motivation to consistently strive for success and the commitment to ensure each and every client’s project is successfully completed with the best possible customer experience. Ameribuilt is dedicated to helping each client feel comfortable through all phases of construction. We feel the process works best when the customers are kept in the loop and educated about all aspects of their particular project. This philosophy will not only make clients feel more comfortable during the often confusing process but it will ensure the quality of the project consistently remains high. We look forward to earning your business and welcoming you to the Ameribuilt family. Our goal is to make you a customer for life.
