I was told by a different contractor who fixed some gutters, that I needed to have someone who knew how to fix flat roofs inspect my flat porch roof. After asking around, several people highly recommended contacting William Mackay. Brittany quickly scheduled for a technician to come out -- and the same day Mr. Mackay inspected my roof and emailed me the proposal. He answered all my questions (as did Brittany!) The work was scheduled quickly - and the installers/technicians completed the work in one day. Everything was cleaned up (old roof pieces, etc) afterwards. I was a bit wary about having anything done to my home with COVID-19 -- but everyone really seemed aware of social distancing. "We were extremely pleased with Hammer and Nail.  Everyone was very helpful and made good recommendations.  Hammer and Nail helped us select the best option for us.  (I really wanted wood windows, which I think are far more attractive) and I wanted low maintenance, easy to clean and energy efficiency.  We love our windows.  Hammer and Nail even perfectly matched the paint on the interior of the windows to the interior paint.  The work was done quickly with minimum disruption (including all the preparations for removing the windows which had previously been painted with lead paint).  We were so pleased, we asked them to replace the remaining windows and our front door.  The workmanship was excellent and everyone was also very kind and lovely to us.  We love Hammer and Nail!!!
