"They have done all our air conditioning and heating work for the last fifteen years.  They are very good.  They also do work for my husband at his business and we use them for the house too.  I just call and they show up.  They didn’t come for the annual check this year because it was in the summer time and it was so hot that we postponed it.  They should be coming sometime soon.  They usually come early spring or late summer before its too hot but it was so hot this year that they didn’t come.  I don’t have to wait for them for a long time when they come.  They always ask if it is an emergency before they show up.  When they say they are going to be here between 9 and 10, they show up between 9 and 10.  They explain everything before they do anything on the unit.  They explain how much it can cost and what they can do to fix the problem if any.  They also tell us what it can lead to if I don’t get it fixed.  I have never had to wait on them to get parts or whatever.  They always seem to have the parts that they need.  They do a good job at a good price."
