"I highly recommend working with Home Seal Insulation. We had insulation blown into the attic of our duplex that had our R value go from 2 to 30! Chad was timely, honest, and efficient. He helped us get the rebates that Xcel energy, the city of Minneapolis, and CenterPoint were offering. Plus, he's a local company!"

"Professional and courteous. The folks on site took time to answer any question, wore masks and cleaned up well. They did great job painting the stucco after insulation and patching - house looks great. The insulation is already making huge difference in my 1911 house in Minneapolis- not sure the boiler will kick in till December."

"We’ve had a great experience working with this company on several projects. They’ve completed batt insulation, spray foam, and blown-in insulation for us, and the quality of their work has always been excellent. Their team is knowledgeable, reliable, easy to work with, and does a great job keeping things clean and professional on the jobsite. We appreciate their attention to detail and consistent communication and would highly recommend them for any insulation needs!"

"Art Quality were efficient and thorough. The finished result looks excellent and blends seamlessly with the rest of the exterior. We really appreciated their communication and craftsmanship and would absolutely recommend Art Quality to anyone needing exterior repair work."

"The project: insulate the unfinished basement rim joist. The job looks great, very even, uniform depth, no big over-sprays, all cavities sealed and a good cleanup. I recommend them and would use them again."

"I had a great experience with Century Insulation, they were happy to answer all my questions, offered a fair price and the work went smoothly."

"Started well and I scheduled them well ahead of time although I had to demand the date I wanted; they were scheduling according to the order the deposits came in.  A few days before the date the owner called to say it would be split into two days, blown blanket, then the following day the foam application.  Not major, but annoying.  My time is worth something and given the lead time in scheduling this seems questionable at best.  The blown blanket guys were all right but failed to do a couple minor things I think they should have.  I'm not an expert on this and I expect the professionals will do a professional job.  When the foam team arrived the following day I pointed out the missing items to them and they did take care of it.  I had to put a 50% deposit down and offered the remainder to the foam team as they left.  They said I'd get a bill in the mail.  And now wonder; the bill was 11% higher than the written proposal.  The owner - who does the proposals - missed an overhang along a 16' wall which increased the foam cost.  I have no objection to the cost, but I do feel blindsided by the way it was presented.  The foam team could have warned me and failing that the owner or someone from the firm could have called to advise me about it - and apologize for missing it, perhaps.  Based on this experience I'd prefer to do business with a more professional outfit.

"UZ Insulation was wonderful to work with! They showed up when scheduled, I received a fair estimate, and they notified me about the rebate program with CenterPoint Energy. All of their employees were personable and represented the company well. I had a unique situation that required extra phone calls and assistance, that had nothing to do with the work that UZ performed, and Tim M. and Angie were unbelievably patient and went the extra mile to help me. I highly recommend UZ for insulation work! The best part is I no longer smell cigarette smoke from an adjacent unit! Thank you UZ Insulation!"

"Thanks to Home Pro, I have a beautiful deck. Our deck started with the review of the property where Home pro won the bid not because of the lowest bid but instead over the expertise exhibited during the process. I want qualified people to do the work. We approved the quotation in late June and were told that jobs were running about 6 weeks out due to a combination of material availability and high demand due to the Covid-19 pandemic. That set us up to have the deck completed by 1st or 2nd week of August. Around the middle of July, I sent an email for job status because the work had not been formally scheduled yet. In my email, I acknowledged the expected completion date and added that â in a perfect world, the work would be completed by July 25th for my grandsonâ s birthday partyâ . I did not expect this to change or impact the schedule, but much to my surprise, the work was scheduled to start Friday July 17th and completed on the 21st except for the railing which was completed the next day. Perfect timing for the Birthday party. So, 5 stars for quality work and fast completion."
