"I couldn't be more pleased !  I bought a home that I had no idea had had cats in it.  There was no smell until the monsoon hit, then, apparently, the moisture in the air activated the urine crystals and the smell started.  I was super sad, because this smell was coming from the carpet in, and in front of, the closet in the master bed room. <br /> <br /> The owner (Nathan, I think ?) of the company came out to give me an estimate, and spent a ton of time with me helping me see, with the help of a UV light, see where the stains were on both the wall and in the carpet.  He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest in admitting that he couldn't guarantee he could get the smell out (cat urine is apparently particularly difficult) and even offered some alternatives to cleaning, such as replacing the closet carpet with cedar flooring.  I was impressed that he was willing to admit the limitations of carpet cleaning technology and even risked losing my business by suggesting alternatives. <br /> <br /> I also admitted to him that I'd have the carpets cleaned by another company in town right before I'd moved in (2 months prior), and I was curious why that didn't take care of the smell.  Nathan, again, was extremely professional and didn't talk down the other company in town, but was apparently familiar with their techniques and why what they had done wouldn't have taken care of the problem. <br /> <br /> When it came time to do the work, he did an excellent job and the room looked and smelled great. <br /> <br /> I've intentionally waited a month to write this review to see if the smell would come back.  It has not !  I am thrilled with the results and would recommend this company to anyone !   <br /> <br /> I wouldn't call anyone else for any of my future carpet cleaning needs.  This company is the best !"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. Granite Gold also provides excellent professional support."

"It went well, I had them twice ever since so I got a total of three times already. about a month ago. On the sixth, I will have them again. Every 2 weeks, I send them because it's just me and I don't know what is needed. They were awesome, they were always on time, if they can't be, they always call but that has only been one time. They update the team that comes in, they're friendly and when they go to the house and ask me to show them what I want done, and afterwards they had me go through them, they will show me what they have done and I check up on them. If there's something I didn't like or it's not how it would be, they overlook some things sometimes like in dusting or something, but if I tell them about it they take care of it. I think their pricing is probably worth it. I think it's a little bit high but I'm obviously going to pay for it. Other people help do things for me and I'm really picky."
