When they came out, they were both very nice, and explained what was going on and what needed to be done, while also providing options. I have multiple other projects around the house that are out of my capabilities, so I plan to have Joel do much more for us in the future. Highly recommended!"

But after I had lined him up for the work and sent a deposit, he arrived the morning of the work and told me he is generally retired and doesn't do the work himself.
