"Wonderful.  On time, very professional and quick!  This was very convenient, they were out shortly after I called.  Had my drain fixed in not time and didn't over charge me!  They didn't try to sell me anything else which was nice because I've had that happen in the past.  I was very satisfied and will use them in the future if I need to and recommend them to my friends!

"My experience with Wooley couldn't have been better. They showed up at 7:30 a.m. and were done by 9:30. Four men and a small backhoe dug down along my basement wall, fixed the leak and added a sleeve to prevent a future break, and cleaned up inside and out. They charged $550. I had an estimate from one of those basement specialist companies--$1472.50 for the very same job.

"Proposal was not clear. I had to review the scope of the job several times with Craig. Unfortunately, after the first day, I was told there would be additional charges for work he had performed that day. We negotiated to A mutually agreed compromise. Due to illness, there were several starts and stops along the way. Finally finished a few days later than expected. I was left with a big cleanup job in the basement. They swept, but not thoroughly and didn't cover a thing as they had promised. I would use them again but would be very clear on what I expected as a result and pricing"
