"Listen. i bought this house and it has a rubber roof. Why the **** there is a rubber roof on it? the heck if i know. In 3 three years it started being an issue with animals running across it and acorn dropping and making holes in it. it was becoming an issue I did not want to deal with. I called all the top roofing places and they told me that I could not put a regular roof on it.
