When a minor concern arose (which is inevitable with construction on a house that is 100 years old!), it was addressed immediately. Chelsea designed both projects and thoroughly understood our vision. It was amazing that she was able to provide us with the exact layout, products and aesthetic we were looking for. Shawn and Clyde, our project managers and the guys in the field, were communicative and very accommodating as well. When I complained to Clyde about how stressful it was to only have one toilet in a house with three boys, he made sure to get that part of our bathroom done first! Thank you to all at JAX and we will see you again for phase 3 of our Bexley remodel."
