They positioned the outlets so that they lined up perfectly with the grain of the hardwood. The holes they cut were precise, and the finished installation is great. "They did a great job and I liked that it was easy. We just called them up, they showed up, picked our stuff up, and they delivered it like they said they would. They also helped to carry it in and out. They did what we expected, which is not usual anymore these days. They complained a little bit, but not too bad. It wasn't a big deal. They didn't really want to haul the stuff in and out of the house but they had too. They were good with their price and they were on time."
