"The owner's son came out to our house, discussed options and explained the pros and cons of each one. He measured the driveway and gave us a firm price for 2 different options. We signed a contract and were given an estimate of one month before they would be able to fit us in. Last night, almost exactly one month since the estimate, they called. They were here before 7:00 this morning and were done by the time we got home from work at 5:00.  We have a 3200 square foot driveway. The price was reasonable and the work was done very well. They got stuck in the yard at the end of our driveway as they pushed some dirt over to level it out and when we got home they had fixed the ruts they made in the yard. It's clean and beautiful! I would recommend them to all my friends! <br />"

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
