"Nick was very professional from beginning of quoting a price to the completion of the job. His staff was friendly and worked hard each day. Once price was determined Nick provide samples of colors I could choose from. A date was picked and he and his crew showed up on time and started the work. At the end of work day the area was cleaned up and equipment set aside out of view and way. The project was delayed because of rain one day and was completed the next day. Time was spent with me reviewing the work completed. Any flaws I saw were corrected immediately. Once I was fully satisfied payment was requested."

"Rob was wonderful. His crew showed up on time and did a meticulous job. We are thrilled with our sliders and balcony! The cost may seem high, but 2 of the sliders were large and therefore needed to be special ordered, and when Rob removed the old sliders, we had rotting wood that had to be replaced (unforeseen extra cost). Although Rob is VERY busy ... his team arrived on the date agreed upon (we live out of town) and finished the job earlier then expected. We will use Rob (if he's available!) for any future remodel projects. <br /> Now, ... the only complaint (and this is NOT with Rob) was with Lowe's. Rob came to us through Lowe's. Lowe's messed up our quote, screen doors, and seemed very unorganized every time I called. That was frustrating. <br />"

During the install of our deck, we learned Renewit also provides floor refinishing, which we have been meaning to have done, but have been putting off for one reason or another-we decided to go ahead and have our living room refinished. It turned out absolutely stunning and wish we would have done it sooner! "From start to finish I could not be happier.   I had an idea (a rough idea) of what I wanted to do.    Dan sat with me (listened with patience) and helped me work through the details of my project, he talked to me about what was important and what was not... after he helped me design the building and details that went along with it.    Along the way he worked with me to make adjustments to the design, as well as offered ideas and solutions to reduce my cost (he saved me about 15%).   There were things I didn't think about when I put my plans in place, Dan communicated with me along the way allowing me to think through the changes as well as the pros/cons of doing so.   There were changes we made along the way that make a lot of sense now that the building is complete.   Amazing work!!! <br /> To find a builder who can complete the work start to finish, stay true to his commitments, and more importantly listen to you is not easy to find.   Dan fits this mold. <br /> I have worked with at least 10 builders in the last 20 years...   this is the first review I have written.   The reason I am writing this review is Dan did an awesome job!    From start to finish communication was great, the work was awesome, and the price was right.    With 100% confidence I would recommend Dan and Patriot Builders to take on a small project to building a high end 6,000 sq foot home.   I am attaching my personal cell phone if you would like to personally talk to me - Frank (913) 461-7217  I will be more then happy to show you the work he did. <br /> Dan, thank you!   Its nice to work with folks who get stuff done! <br />"
