"I have use Macken Services for the past 6 years. Each time they were on time and totally professional. What business owner whistles while doing the job of cleaning out a septic tank? They did a very thorough cleaning, which I have learned through Macken Services, means washing the stones completely and flushing the toilet while they are cleaning to make sure it is flowing properly. NO other company did this all the other years I had other companies. Very reasonable price which has remained steady all these years. He brought screened top soil to lay down as needed and when Cody spotted some low spots around my yard, he asked if I wanted them to drop some top soil to those areas as well; which they did and at no extra charge. After seeing the plumbing supply company at a local "home products" show, I decided a water powered back up sump pump was something I should have to prevent a flooded basement in the future. The company sent a sub-contractor to install the product. He arrived late but called before hand to let me know. He said it would take two hours to install but it only took 1-1/2 hours. The work was done neatly and I was given instructions what to expect if the back up sump pump were to go on in the event my primary sump pump failed."
