"<p>Great price, and professional work.  </p> <p>They ran into a few snags along the way but they worked very professionally with me to choose the best path/plan for dealing with them and offered me good choices and recommendations (I felt).  I also added scope along the way which Mitch worked with very well.  (as I know it disrupted their overall schedule and planning)  On top of having a good price, and doing good work, these guys were also the least destructive option as there was no way to get this work done without going over neighbor lawns.  They can do a lot of this heavy lifting by hand without large machinery (which is RARE).  The important thing is that I know it was still done correctly and Mitch took the time to walk me through the steps so I knew what was important and why.  (building my confidence in him and his team before they even put down the first retaining wall block.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>Very timely as promised and finished on time as well.  </p> <p>No question for me that I would recommend him and use him again.  My walls look and work fantastic.  My neighbors all wanted to know "where I had it done".  </p> <br />"

"I called them to tell them about the problem and they advised I have someone check the gutters first and then to call a company to find out if the lines to the street was clear. I appreciated them letting me check these options first before just coming out and charging me a lot of money up front. When they came, they had a whole bunch of guys who removed the sod by hand so that when they completed the job, it looked like they had never been there. I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."

"Charlie showed up to give us a quote and was able to see that the fix was just concrete caulking. He fixed it but gave us a quote to totally seal the crawl space. Very, very GOOD company - honest and trustworthy. If we were not moving we would get the crawl space sealed but I will leave the quote for the new owners as I think it should be done. It will protect that space from moisture, bugs, and mold making it much more useful to them."

"I chose this company because they'd done a neighbors' concrete and they were pleased with the experience and the sealant that was used doesn't change the appearance like most do. <br />   When I first contacted them they were booked ahead with big jobs. They could get to me by mid-June, but would fit my job in earlier if possible. They did, several weeks earlier. <br />   They cleaned my driveway, personal walk and patio, public sidewalk, and curb. Special care was given to the highly dirty/mildewed areas. I pointed out some decorative border stones and a repaired area that would be fragile and he took care to not damage those (or anything else).  <br />   They discussed whether the water-based or solvent-based sealant would be better given the age of my concrete (and the tendency to mildew). The solvent-based was used with special attention to those areas prone to mildew. <br />   They kept me well-informed re: what was being done and what I can expect going forward. <br />   I'm LOVING the clean look and also seeing water just bead up on top!! <br />   I didn't give an 'A' re: price, but it may have been competitive re: what I had done and the products/tools used. I hadn't gotten any other prices since I knew I wanted them to do it."
