If he can't make the appt. on time, he calls/texts to let you know. We have had his company do 6 bathrooms in the past from new counter tops, shower only installs, bathtub, new designer cabinets, plumbing and electrical outlets. I've had all of his workers do great jobs. When we move again and need another bathroom update, I have Josh's number in my phone. And no, we are not related in any way!"

"We had an issue with water seepage behind the tiles and decided to replace our Bathtub with a stand in shower . we then called in Five Star Bath Solutions for a quote. We were familiar with the process having worked with other vendors in the past for similar services. We were pleasantly surprised since the Bath Solutions team was very attentive to details , knew their stuff and cut to the chase quickly. We liked this a lot because they were very professional and clearly communicated timelines and were very accommodative with our needs. Rakesh then came in , walked us through in very fine detail and gave us the confidence that they have been there , seen it and done that which was critical. Then they were able to get us started earlier and we had the entire install done in one day and we were able to use the shower. They also gave us time to use it so that we knew that the quality was outstanding and any minor issues were addressed right away. All along a very great experience with Bath Solutions and would refer them to anyone else needing their services."

"We originally planned to just replace two bathtubs. Phil responded quickly--even tho this was just a small job for them. The price was so reasonable compared to one other quote we received that we decided to also replace the flooring, vanity and wall mirror. We thought we'd need to replace our shower door, too; but Phil was able to fix rather than replace it, saving us considerable money. Phil an Ashley listened to our ideas and offered a few ideas on different approaches, most of which we readily agreed to. "Their guys are  true professionals. They always showed up on time, were tidy, professional and courteous. All work was done to my satisfaction. <br /> On this last occasion we had an toilet that was wobbly. We picked out our toilet, plus a sink with vanity, a wall mirror, new light fixtures, and G.H's guys picked them up and brought them to our condo. They unpacked everything outside and after removing our old stuff, they brought in everything piece by piece. <br /> They tidies up the area around the toilet, set new bolts, and applied a new seal. They then set the toilet, applied a nice bead of calk. This was something my husband noticed. They then attached the water and it was done in about 10 minutes. The cabinet with the new fixtures was installed. It took a little longer but it went in smoothly. It was obvious the workers knew what they were doing. You know when someone has done something before by how they move and install. <br /> The wall mounted light fixtures went in smoothly. The suggested we add a piece of trim to cover the holes left by the old fixture. Not only did it look great but it saved us money by not having to repair the hole. Just a small accent piece that cost $3, saved us about $50. It adds up. <br /> They also replaced our front door knob and installed a new dead bolt. Again it was done smoothly and cleanly. Since I am on cleanliness, G.H. is one of the cleanest companies I have ever used. They clean as they go and remove everything and clean up. All I had to do was supply a vacuum and a broom. <br /> This is not the first time we used G.H. Complete Construction and it won't be the last.  Give them a call, you won't be disappointed. <br />"
