He treated it like it was a cherished piece of fine furniture. He filled in the cracks, sanded, stained 3 times, and sealed it with a thicker coat on the outside. He replaced my old locks on that door, the handle, and the other locked doors so I still only have one house key. I love my front door so much more now! When he left after repairing the contactor and capacitor and "cleaning" the unit (running a hose over the coils), AC unit froze over and damaged the furnace.
