With some organization and follow through on text messages or emails and a clear understandable method of how estimates are determined, things would be streamlined. They are still better than many other contractors in communicating. They called if behind time and were eager to mention professional subs for other services. But the last message I sent 2 or 3 weeks ago has yet to be answered. These people are busy, but its risky for all contractors to have no way to keep and hold on to customers who would use them for more jobs and referrals."
