"The guy that came out was nice but really didn’t do a great job of troubleshooting. He said it was a pressure sensor problem and that the whole control board needed to be replaced. He called and gave his shop and they gave me a price of over 350 dollars. I told him no way I’m gonna pay that since it was more than the machine is worth. He then offered that I call the manufacturer to see if they could help which I did. The manufacturer sent their own repair man and that guy just pretty much reset the computer and now my machine works well. I should have just called the manufacturer first. I had to pay the 80 dollar service call to Affordable Appliance for them just to diagnose it. I was charged the 80 at first and the owner Richie contacted me and was very helpful in making my situation right. He refunded me the charge for the service call and offered his business again if I want it in the future. This was a great way to show that he cares about his customers and based by that action, I will recommend him for future jobs."

He put in all new pipes, shower, toilet, sink and baseboard heater and floor. He's very handy at carpentry, tiling floors and he even helped us design the bathroom. Joe has done work in our basement too. He put in a whole new bathroom in an area I never would have thought could be a bathroom. He put in a kitchen sink in our basement and has done work on our gas furnace when needed. "Jose was a life-saver: he came hours after my new gas range stove was delivered and when the store, that sold it to me refused to do the same day installation He was on time, very professional. He was the one who noticed that my new stove was damaged and offered to come and install it for free again after the store replaces it, even though he did his job and it was totally not his fault that the stove was damaged during shipping I would highly recommend Jose!"
