My usual plumber was away and recommended I contact Local, which I did to my delight. He came when promised, troubleshot and replaced defective parts on my old system, and arranged for an electrician to come the next day to replace a defective relay (which was not available on a Sunday afternoon). Even though my unit is in need of replacement, Jay, their Field Service Technician was able to at least get the A/C up and running. He was honest and straightforward in assessing my problem and suggested I meet with a comfort advisor in regard to a new central A/C unit. My experience didn't change. The comfort advisor I met with gave me a variety of options for a replacement unit, again he was courteous and honest.
