Even though my unit is in need of replacement, Jay, their Field Service Technician was able to at least get the A/C up and running. He was honest and straightforward in assessing my problem and suggested I meet with a comfort advisor in regard to a new central A/C unit. My experience didn't change. The comfort advisor I met with gave me a variety of options for a replacement unit, again he was courteous and honest.
