"The bad storm on the night of the 12th and morning of the 13th, caused a tree limb to fall and took out my power line and ruined other things. My grandson, Brandon York is a service writer at SK Mechanic, told me about MVP. SK does business with Chip at MVP. Brandon called Chip for me and Kenny was sent right out. Kenning did a terrific job of explaining all the needed to be done. He gave me an estimate and we discussed upgrading everything. He gave me another estimate to include the upgrade. I chose to go with the upgrade in the repair. I thought the estimate was very reasonable. Kenny also said that he would work with Evergy and take care of everything. Kenny made this Grandmother very relieved! On the day of the upgrade repair, Kenny and another great MVP electrician (I am so sorry that I forgot his name-I apologize for that), came out and got it all fixed. They were so amazing! "This house was built in the 1840's and former owners had started to add this bathroom in a small upstairs room.    We purchased the fixtures in 1957 and the bath tub required extra carpentry work to cover the pipes since the bathroom walls were brick. <br /> Mr. Barrett checked the water pipes to make certain there were no problems since the plumbing was 55 years old, and he returned the carpentry work that he had to remove to get access to the water pipes. <br /> He did all of the necessary work without wasted time and effort, and I appreciated his professionalism and desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. <br /> He has my highest recommendation and I will certainly contact him for any future handyman work I need. <br /> <br /> <br />"

He was honest about not recommending a super high efficiently system due to the limited payback for me over the time the home would be owned. He was courteous and professional and took the time to analyze the situation and listen to my questions. Although I decided on another reputable company to do the work, I would recommend Bob Hamilton Plumbing & A/C, especially if a 10 year labor warranty in addition to any of the other covered component warranties would be important."
