"The quote was ambiguous and that’s my fault. I guess the job was performed however I personally believe the cost for the work performed was ridiculous! The shower was cleaned, minimal grout installed/replaced and a grout sealer applied. This for $900 was ridiculous. The work took approximately 3 hours at most. The remaining time the contractor had a dryer blowing and he sat in his van. I was expecting a lot more grout removal and new grout installed."

"My carpet was cleaned three days ago by ChemDry.  The service call was uneventful and the service technician arrived very properly and was nice and professional.  The problem is my carpet looks exactly the same.  I was hopeful while it was drying that it would look better and the spots would go away but that never happened.  All the spots are still there, which were not a lot and from normal wear and tear of walking, nothing extreme, but was the reason for the shampooing. Although the high powered vacuuming made it look nice, the carpets pretty much appear nothing was done.  It only took him about 30 minutes to do two rooms and only went over once. Not sure that is normal.  Just disappointed because a lot of work went into moving furniture and preparing to have cleaned. Will not use ChemDry again."
