From the first phone call to Wired Installations, through the work, and finally to when the last tv was hung everything went smoothly. All of this was done with patience and good old experience. My first contact with Matt (the owner) was when I called to ask about hanging a couple of tv’s on the wall. After discussing the locations, he felt this would not be an issue. He asked if we had purchased the tv’s yet – which we hadn’t, and in turn he replied I will match anyone’s legitimate price. I certainly could not go wrong there. He and Marcus showed up on time with my 2 new tv’s and began unboxing and locating them to their respective rooms. Two hours and some change later both tv’s were up and producing a good evenings worth of entertainment. I would highly recommend Wired Installations for any tv installation, or anything electronic. "We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."
