From removing the old hardwood, to leveling, to tile install and quarter round install through final cleanup, all was great. The finished flooring looks fantastic! Very diligent, thorough and professional from start to finish. As a bonus they also painted an area of our home with 16’ ceilings and it looks great, saving us time and a lot of effort. 5 stars plus!!!"

"The scheduler did not tell me I had to furnish materials, so wrapping porch columns in vinyl could not be done. I assumed quoted price included materials. It did not. The workman who did the other jobs (repairing stairs, cutting off a door, fixing an ill hanging door and repairing two cabinet hinges) did a good job. However the scheduler corrected the price and quoted $1257 for the work accomplished, which only took 6 hours. That is over $200 an hour. Happy with the work, unhappy with the price."

"Empire did an excellent job coming out and measuring the floors to make sure for the proper flooring to be placed in the house they were. They scheduled the appointment to install the floors. A representative called to affirm the appointment. The floors were installed by professionals in less than four hours cleaned up behind themselves it was a wonderful experience."
