Darrell Phelps and Jon Biggs were in constant touch throughout the replacement of my Owens Corning architectural roof. Darrell and Jon were such nice people to work with and very knowledgeable. They helped me understand the process from the Drone flying over to detect any damage and remove the possibility of any additional damage. They helped me file insurance which was approved and over saw every aspect of the finished work which I couldn't be more pleased with. The crew they sent were hard workers, very polite and respectful and they had my new roof on in no time and cleaned up all debris afterwards. I called her back but instead spoke to gentleman on the phone - he insisted in getting my "husband's information" when he was getting my information - I asked him if that mattered and he said he likes to get all of the information for "decision makers" from the beginning. I did not provide that info but nonetheless he sent his workers to arrange estimate on 7/24 for roofing repairs. Was told they would suggest to owner to send both a quote for repairs and full roof replacement. Put tarps over damaged areas to keep additional leaks from happening. ($195.00) Never got a quote from them. Messaged them multiple times and never heard back. The workers that came out to inspect the roof were great but never got a quote to get any other work done."
