"We initially spoke on the phone, and Mr. Coen gave me an estimate of the date he could do the work and the price. On the day of install, he arrived on time and was very professional and kind. He helped me lay out all of the pieces on the floor and come up with a design that would work for our huge wall. Two and a half hours later, the job was complete. We love the way the pieces look on our wall! Before he left, Mr. Coen walked around my first floor looking for anything else to hang for us. He ended up hanging a mirror in our dining room too. "Overall, the service provided was great.  There was a hiccup with scheduling -- I called on a weekday to make an appointment and was scheduled for a service window on Saturday of the same week, which was my preference.  On the day of service, I remained at home in order to receive the technician; however, as the window was about to close, I still had not heard from the company.  I called and was told that somehow the appointment time was not saved in the system.  The company immediately corrected the error and they were able to get a technician over to mount the television within an hour.  The installation was seamless and I was very satisfied with their work.  I later had another television to be mounted and called the service back.  Would definitely recommend. <br />"
