"Very responsive and always polite. Crews did a careful job removing the roof, keeping noise to a reasonable level, installing and cleaning up. The only down was an unplanned increase in the amount of replacement wood needed but perhaps that cannot be fully anticipated before seeing the state of the roof. Very good service, they handled everything."

"I had damaged & bent metal shingles that were causing water to pool on my roof, leading to part of my roof rotting. Journey Builders did an excellent job of not only replacing the shingles but also repairing the damaged wood. Great Job!"

"Roofing came out immaculate, great communication with Sergio, above and beyond explaining the materials that were being installed on my roof including the plywood. "I had an exceptional experience with Gold Standard Roofing. I had put off replacing my roof because I had met with other companies and I just didn’t have the confidence I needed in them to go ahead with the work once I made an appointment with Gold standard, I felt extremely confident and comfortable for them to replace my roof. Now that the service has been done, I am very happy that I hired them and they did an excellent job of cleaning up after the roof was completed. So, I highly recommend them. They gave good service. They’re cordial and professional and did great work!"

"Roof Services recently put a new roof on my house. It looks amazing and I am so very pleased! The job was completed in one day. From the start to the finish of this job, all the workers were very professional, worked hard, and it was apparent that they took pride in their workmanship. Justin, the supervisor on the job, was absolutely wonderful and patient with me as he thoroughly answered all of my questions. The workers did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was completed. They did not leave one piece of trash, shingle cuttings or nails in my driveway or yard. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend that you call Michael, owner of Roof Services. He is very honest and dependable and uses high quality materials which was very important to me. You will be very pleased just as I was."

"Very well as you cannot even tell where our old kitchen hood vent or hot water heater vent was on our roof and the shingles replaced matched perfectly. We have had no leaks despite multiple rain storms and are very pleased with the work that was prompt and excellent."

"Absolutely the best workmanship ever on a project that I’ve had done through the years…. from the time that Katt spent with me explaining the process of removing and replacing the roofing, replacing any damaged materials associated with project to what expenses I’ll occur…. then Beth oversees the project while installation is being done, which in my opinion made the project go smoothly and nooooo stress on my part at all. The project went just like all the discussions we had and it was performed as if they owned the property! Thanks so much, it’s soooo appreciated!"

"Scheduling and communication with Tony went well. Roofing itself was done well and as scheduled. The only issue I have had was at a later date. Found wood that was rotted and in bad shape. It should have been replaced but was not. I DO NOT fault the company owner but believe it was his workers who ignored the rot. I have not contacted Tony as it is my fault for not doing a better job of inspection at the time. I WOULD USE TONY AGAIN and don't believe he would tolerate this lack of workmanship. But I would watch the crew and do a thorough inspection from in the attic."

"professional, trustworthy, explained what needed to be done and verified with pictures taken from my roof. They also patched and sealed my asphalt driveway."
