The service tech (Gilbert) arrived earlier than the schedule appointment, but he called in advance to let us know that he could come approximately 45 minutes early. Gilbert was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered any questions or concerns that we had. Gilbert also gave some great tips for watering and recommendation for how to best service our sprinklers in the future. I trust and believe in AustexSprinklers and will not use any other company as long as they are in business. We are 100% satisfied with the quality of work we received and will continue to use AustexSprinklers. They were able to come out 2 days later, and found we did not have a major leak; but one of our sprinkler heads had gotten buried and was leaking/busted. This made it look like an underground leak.
