Gave me several options for colors, and options for warranties as well as made good recommendations for ventilation. During the replacement, they kept me updated frequently with a text stream showing pictures and seeking approvals for any additional issues found. They made sure to do it right, not just cover any other damage up for me to find later on. My only complaint is that I referred my neighbor and they said they would give me a referral check for $250, but I haven't received anything. "October 2014 contacted Gonzalez Home Improvement & Construction one day and they were out two days later to pull out chain link fencing and hauled it all away and cleaned up.  Set a date to deliver dirt to fill in deep holes in the yard where an excavator had hooked up from house to street sewer (and refused to fix their mess).  Gonzalez delivered the dirt and spread it. They did a great job!   Owner and workers were very polite on each visit. Will use them again. <br />"

Chris was remarkably responsive to come out and look at my property within a few days of me contacting him.
