Secondly, I had mentioned to them that I will be doing a kitchen remodel project in the near future and that I will need to have the drain relocated. What they did was stage the area in prepapration for that project, so that there will be minimal work for when I start that project and have the sink in the new location. Lastly, they were very organized and professional with their work. Also, they left the area cleaner than what I presented to them"

The job was done with the highest degree of professionalism and the cost was reasonable. I was so pleased that I scheduled a second appointment on 11/23/2015 for power4 rodding and to install bathroom faucet.

The men were pleasant and very professional - in addition they took off their shoes at the door and cleaned up when done. Unfortunately on the job for the bathroom faucet the old pipe to sewer was corroded and they had to go out and get additional parts which they did and the price to correct my issue was reasonable.

This is the best plumbing service I have used in the last 20 years so going forward if I have plumbing work done it will ONLY be done by AAA Walsh and sons.

"We had two plumbing/drainage problems: 
1.  Our drains had been running slowly on and off for awhile.  We made an appointment with H2O when washing machine water started backing up in the bathtub and plungers weren't cutting it anymore.  I assumed a 1950's barrel trap under the bathtub might be part of the problem.  H20 suggested that rodding the sewer would probably be enough to get the drains working again.  They were right - they rodded the line, and all of the drains in the house flow well now.
2. Our toilet flange was too low for the floor because a previous tile project had raised the floor level.  The  toilet worked and was not leaking, but it was not securely bolted down.  H2O removed the toilet and the old collar, installed a new collar at the appropriate height, and reinstalled the toilet.  Now everything is secured properly and works perfectly.
They arrived early, asked questions, quoted a fair price, worked quickly (they were in and out within a couple of hours), and tested their work thoroughly.  The final bill was below the original quote.  They left the work area spotless before leaving.  We will call H2O again next time we need a plumber.

He did an tremendous job fixing busted pipes, had lines busted, he gave me an fantastic price, fixed the concrete, and everything. "I had two experiences with this plumbing company. The first was in May and the second was in early July. I will say that in both experiences the office staff could not have been more polite and responsive. On that, this company gets an 'A' from me. The plumbers and the work are not as great. I live in an old courtyard building so the plumbing is older, which isn't ideal. When the 1st plumber came out in May, he used compressed air to clear the pipes and my drum trap. Previously when plumbers have come they have used a rooter to clear the pipes from the drum trap. I mentioned this to the plumber and he said that wasn't necessary as well as it would cost me extra to break open the drum trap (it's just a cover that can be opened with a screwdriver so I don't know why it would need to be broken open or I would be charged for this). I didn't know if that sounded right, but they are the experts so I deferred to him. Once the work was done, the drain did work well for about a month and a half, but over the 4th of July weekend the drum trap got backed up. I called the same company and they sent two plumbers out on a Saturday of a holiday weekend to look at it. Again, the scheduling of my appointments was ideal and the office staff couldn't have been nicer. Two plumbers came to my unit and informed me that my drum trap would need to be replaced with a p trap and this would be an extensive job that would take hours and cost just under $1,000. Additionally the pipe they needed to access is located in the ceiling of another condo owner's storage unit so they'd need access to the storage unit and the plastered ceiling would be removed which meant I'd have to pay someone else to re-plaster. He said the 30 day warranty on the work done in May had expired and that work was just a temporary fix anyway (why didn't the guy in May tell me the drum trap needed to be replaced?). I asked how I was supposed to shower as that is my only shower and I had a dinner party to attend and the plumber actually suggested I take "a ***** bath." He used those exact words and it was quite offensive. I said I needed to think about the options and that I'd get back to them. They left and after the weekend I had a different company come out and they rooted the pipe and said the drum trap was in fine condition and did not need to be replaced. The other company also gave me a 6 month warranty on the work."
