"I called Norman to do our carpets and he was able to fit me into his schedule the next week. The person he sent out was on time, very courteous, and finished in about 3 hours. We hadn't had the carpets cleaned in several years and were worried that the spots wouldn't come out, but they all did. He used hoses from his truck rather than a rug cleaning machine and this seemed to clean extra well. Also, while the cleaning was thorough, the rugs were completely dry in a day."

The crew was respectful - they moved our heavy furniture and appeared to make a conscious effort to not damage anything. They were patient when we took forever to pick out our stain. Pro Flooring completed the work when they said it would be done and they did a great job cleaning up.
