Then when we complained he blamed it on our realtor and said he never thpught the carpet should have been cleaned in the first place. So if you recommend not doing it...why would you? Does not make sense. I ended up having to replace the carpets after that and have our foundation sealed after the rushed job."

"I had a minor flood which required a carpet cleaning where Duggins would pull up the carpet, replace the pads, and put the carpet back down after drying. The service totaled ~$1500 and the carpet reinstal was horrendously bad. There were waves in one room, heights exceeding 1-2 inches that Duggins returned to fix. They also didn't stretch it at all according to another company I had fix their mess. Their end result was pulling up and shredding at the doorways and the pads were unevenly ripped, not cut and had to be replaced again by another company because the feeling was bad. I reached out to Duggins 3 times to fix this. The owner said they'd stand by their work and sent a new guy to fix the wavy carpet and then ceased responding and refuses to come to the phone when I call the company. They chose not to stand by their work or competently lay down a square of carpet /pad."
