Everyday they cleaned up behind themselves and was patient with me to answer all of my questions and any concerns I had . They were very professional and pleasant to work with. "I was very pleased with my finished products I had waited a very long time to have a bathroom installed on the first floor. The problem was that I had very little space where it could be placed. I worked with Jake from West Penn who designed a perfect small bathroom for me when others said it couldn't be done......and it turned out to be not only modern and functional but BEAUTIFUL too! They also remodeled the adjacent laundry room and entrance and added a closet that, when completed, blended in perfectly with the room decor. I was very pleased with all that was done. Jake was easy to work with and provided helpful suggestions that I appreciated and used. The workers were super -- personable, skilled and professional, and punctual as well. As is often the case when working on an old house, there were a few unexpected problems that needed addressed before work on the bathroom could continue. I was both grateful and impressed that when the job was finished I was not charged a single penney above the price that I was quoted at the beginning. "Purchased coupon on August 11, 2011.  Because I was remodeling my kitchen myself after work and weekends, I didn't have time to deal with the creating the room drafts, plans, layouts or measurements she required.  I did contact Jill and explain the situation and she was very understanding.  She said because I contacted her, not to worry about the deadline.  I remained in contact with her over the next few years (that's how long it took me) and when I was ready around the start of 2014, she worked hard to provide her new design.
