He met my insurance agent when he came and they reviewed the damage. When I received the first payment from my insurance company, Thad was over the review options and sign the contract. This occurred on Friday. The roofing job was completed the next Friday (and the delay was because I got a special order shingle which delayed the job two days). The job was done professional with no issues. There was no damage to the surroundings and the job looks excellent. Thad provided pictures was the roof was being done. All total, it was a quick and painless experience. I would recommend them without hesitation."
