"Devon came to inspect the roof on the home we just bought. Found issues the inspector neglected to tell us about. Took the time to explain the entire process, found us some much appreciated discounts, answered all our questions, even helped argue with the inspector. He promptly returned messages and calls. His entire team were great. They showed up promptly and even though the weather wasn't great they finished the entire roof in 1 day. There were 2 minor issues that were promptly dealt with. I wish I had more experiences like this. He showed us they were ranked number 1 and then proved why. I will literally be 100 before I have to worry about my roof. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs a roof repaired or replaced."

"Thought we had gone with a great company for basement foundation work. Tom W the sells guy was honest and amazing. They came out in October 2022 and completed the project in 5 days we had no issues. They took out our old tile and crock and installed new. At that time the water table was down well fast forward to March 2023 water table is high and we realized we were pumping sand out of the crock. Seagate came out and admitted they installed the crock wrong-which was washing away the foundation. 3 days later they came to the house installed a new crock and then said they would come back in a couple of months to finish the job when the water table goes down. Well here we are today and Tom Elder the owner is busy with "Point Place work". Looks like he only cares about new customer and not old customers. I would becareful using Seagate-make sure you do your homework!"

"We were seeking an estimate for new siding. We scheduled an appointment to get an estimate which turned into a 3 hour explanation on how great and full of integrity the company is. We agreed on a price (only good for that evening) with financing of 2 years no payment, no interest plan. This turned out to be false and I received a bill right after work was complete. The company was able to negotiate a 18 month no payment, no interest after the fact which helped, but still put us in a bind. When they finally came out to do the work, they ran out of the siding we ordered saying they used some of ours to complete another job. Unfortunately for us, we had family and friends over for holiday weekend with half finished siding on the house. We had property damaged by the workers which the company said they would pay for, but never did. Finally able to contact the salesman that suckered us in this deal said he would send a gift card to cover damages, but that didnt happen either. AVOI"
