"We held off doing any type of review for our new roof by Roszman Roofing until it survived the weather in Northwest Ohio. Our new roof was installed in October of 2020. It has been through everything from heat, hail, ice storms, heavy snow and rain, strong winds and freezing temperatures. It has held up perfectly and is beautiful. The crew was very professional and neat. There were NO nails or roofing debris left in our yard. Our landscaping was untouched. We received everything we were promised and more. The quote was exact-no hidden surprises. Alex was on-site to answer any questions we may have had during the installation. Highly recommend Roszman Roofing and Remodeling. We will be using them for additional remodeling!"

"Gunner Roofing has an excellent team that completed my house siding project. As certified installers of James Hardie, they were professional from start to finish! Andrew was extremely knowledgeable of the product and created a spectacular design and assisted w/ the financing of my project. He was always available to answer all questions. The Project Manager Anthony communicated daily with project updates and was extremely responsive to questions and addressed all concerns in a timely manner. The workers were exceptional as they always arrived early and worked late to ensure completion of the work. Really appreciated their attention to detail! I highly recommend this company!"

"Fixing damaged siding from hail damage from a few years ago proved to be a challenge.  I had contacted several contractors, but ACI was the best and most responsive.  Mike Fowler went above and beyond on this project.  He recommended and did an ITEL report to find the best matched siding.  He found siding near the area that the report recommended.  He extended the downspouts over the porch roof and in the rear to help protect the roof from accelerated damage.  Mike even found and fixed a hole in the wall while replacing damaged siding.  He fixed where water was coming into my dining room. <br />"

"On January 5, 2014, we called Tin Man as we had no heat in our Water Furnace, two days before the -40 degree polar freeze was to arrive here.  We told them the problem and they said they could order a new blower motor and module but could not get it until Tuesday, after the freeze.  This was a Saturday night that we were calling them.  <br /> We reluctantly called in another repair contractor, United Home Comfort,  and they had to come out twice and although we had heat thru the big freeze, we again had no heat twice more.  After our frustration with the problem and the failure of the new blower motor that UHC had installed on our unit, we were reluctant to call them again and so called Tin Man instead the day after the new blower motor had been installed by UHC, and failed. <br /> Tin Man's service man. Ken, came out and was very professional, knowledgeable, and  considered all aspects of the problem, called the manufacturer, and found that the other company had incorrectly wired the new blower motor they had installed and had the speed set too high.  Tin Man's man, Ken, corrected the wiring and unit speed and the furnace is running beautifully now.  Also he assessed the unit and told us other things it needed to keep it running its best, as it is now 20 years old and we had never had a problem that was not inexpensively repaired by Tin Man in the past.  We will probably be replacing the unit due to other issues that he made us aware of, so the new blower motor and the money spent will have been wasted to some degree as it would only have been used a couple of weeks before we replace the entire furnace. <br /> In hindsight, we probably should found a way to keep the house warm until Tin Man could repair the unit back on Jan 5, but that is spilled milk now.  We will definitely only call Tin Man in the future.  <br />"

"I chose a different contractor.  Just a real personal quirk of mine -- I avoid working with folks who talk a lot.   I'm a solitary sort of person and don't like to be "kidnapped" into conversations I don't feel like having. <br /> Dave followed up the next day and the next and I was uncomfortable with the way he came right into my house uninvited when I was getting an estimate from the second contractor.  He was all "up in my business."  It was a violation of personal boundaries for me. <br />"
