I asked him to check the coolant level and he said it was fine. 3 days later I had them back because although running it was not cooling. The new guy discovered that it was almost empty of refrigerant. He tightened a valve which he suspected of leaking. I am still not sure how we got from completely fine to empty. The second and I think more senior tech took the time to check out the entire system. They were quick to respond and eventually fixed it.
