"The roof was replaced and looks great. The crew was very prompt, did a great job, and left a very clean work site."

"Home genius just installed my roof the crew did a fabulous job and Joseph communicated with me from start to finish which made the process great. Thank you so much Joe ."

"The provider was very impersonal. Did not reply to request for quotes. Did not do the work when requested. Cannot confirm that the entire gutter system was cleaned until weather gets better and I am able to climb a ladder. Some of the down spouts are draining and some are not which leads me to believe that the down spouts were not cleared and i expected this to be a part of the gutter cleaning. Did not get a condition report for my gutters with recommendations. Very disappointed in this contractor.

UPDATE: Contractor contacted me and explained that he was not offering the   $99.00 special any longer and said that he was trying to get Angie's List to remove this special for their listings. He was having a difficult time in getting Angie's List to comply. Anyway he told me he would reimburse me my $99.00 and he sent me a check. I changed my ratings that I had originally given the contractor. He made everything for me right. I really appreciate this. I still marked him down on Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism because of the delay it took for him to respond to my concerns. The Professionalism was marked down because of the first two."

"They were super responsive and worked via email and phone with ease. So many times contractors don't return calls in either a timely fashion or at all. These folks were the complete opposite and very easy to deal with. The did a good job for us and we'd definitely use them again, very flexible and great communications!"

"The folks at All Exteriors were VERY good. They answered the first call to them, made an appointment and a representative arrived ahead of time to do the repair work needed. The job could have neen completed withtn three hours of my initial call but the craftsman who was doing the repair did not like the match of his available parts to what was on our home. He said they woyuld make the correct sized piece and replace it for a better appearance to our home. He was right! The repair looks great and they DID NOT charge extra for the making of the new part!"

"Technician realized that our refrigerator was beyond repair and recommended a replacement. He made a great try, however, too many things and the age of the appliance were the determining factors"

"We were referred to this roofing company by a friend and they were as good as advertised. We had never submitted a claim on our homeowners insurance before for storm damage and was somewhat apprehensive. The sales rep was very professional and kept us informed every step of the process. We submitted claim and within days an insurance adjuster was inspecting our home for storm damage and paid for a full Roof Replacement. We are very satisfied customers and will highly recommend! Thanks for everything!

"Overall, this experience went well. The provider was prompt in calling to schedule, they confirmed the night before, and they arrived as promised. It was a two-man crew. I only interacted directly with one, and he was very polite and helpful.

Powerwashing: Fantastic job on this. When they finished, our house (which is all siding) was shining like new! I still smile every time I pull up and see it! Should have had this done ages ago. They really did a great job and I would definitely use them again for this.
Windows Washing: Here is where I hesitate to give a totally glowing review. Now, it's important that I note this was the first time we'd EVER hired professional window washers. I am not sure if we should have had all the screens out prior to their arrival. We did not do that, so as part of the service, one of the guys went through on his own and took out our screens. I was appreciative of that. When they were finished--and the windows were gleaming (again, great job on that!)--I went around the first floor and helped him put the screens back in. After all was said and done, I had two issues with the windows and, more specifically, the screens:
1) While replacing a screen in the living room, I noticed that a silk drape had a substantial rip in it--right where the tilt-in window would have hit it during screen removal. IT MAY HAVE BEEN THERE BEFORE. I am not accusing this provider of damaging it...But I will never be sure when the rip occurred, and it's not something easily repaired. (Our drapes in the living and dining rooms were about $6,000 in 2006--not something I ever planned to replace.)
2) In replacing one of the screens in our study, the provider and I inadvertently put the screen in the wrong track. As a result, the window was jammed shut. My husband ended up having to put a hole in the screen in order to fix it. So, it was a frustrating "one step forward, two steps back" situation.
All in all -- these are good guys who do a good job. I understand that things happen, but I probably wouldn't bring them back for window cleaning.
