Tornell took the lead in reaching out after the review, identified any outstanding issues and corrected them within days. Their willingness to be proactive stands out when I am so used to having to hold other's hands in initiating communication. Not the case here! Tornell and Ricky were consummate professionals throughout, provided confident yet humble advice and suggestions, and struck a great balance between good clean work,and an efficient time table.
