"We had our sewer ejector pump running continuously one morning and we weren't sure if that was normal or not. We were referred to Paul by our neighbor a while back after he had some sump pump issues and we were so happy we stored his info right away. We called Paul at 7:30am and he was here by 8am. He was awesome! He told us what he wanted to do to troubleshoot the issue, see if he could repair it first, worked on it (cleaned it out, flushed it) and then informed us we needed to replace the ejector itself. Before he did all the work and before he gave us the estimate for the replacement, he had already called to Winchester and made sure they had a new pump for him to pick up, so when he informed us we needed a new pump of course our next questions were, "how much?" and "how long for the part?". The estimate was a good price (and it included the time he already was with us, get the new part from Winchester and installing it, all in the same day!) and he was off to another call and to pick up the pump. He called us as he was on the way back to us. He arrived and installed the new pump and a piece of melted PVC pipe that was warped from the old pump overheating and melting it. Paul was professional, timely and we will definitely be using his services in the future. He worked clean and left no trace that he was here working!
