"I requested Jessy to install screen door on opposite side because the whole thing I did not want the wind to blow my door like the winter before. I have a 2 yr old we could not open our door because she would push the door I did not want that to happen. He understood. He installed the door on the wrong side anyway. There are several things wrong. The door pushed open when I got home did not shut tightly. The bolt lock will not lock on my entry door. Cold air comes in around the door. When I called Jessy and told him what happened he said the door shut and was working when he left He said one of my grandkids must have left it open. I told him to please come out and check it out and he would see what I did. He said you expect me to fix your door for free is absurd. So I decided to contact Angie's List."
