Dan met with us, brought samples, assessed the damage, and proposed a refinishing solution. Since our floors run throughout, we had to move out to allow his team to refinish the floors. "The company did a beautiful job in refinishing the hardwood floors on the 1st and 2nd levels; and a long staircase of my 1987 townhouse.  They took great care to minimize sawdust and any damage to the freshly painted and newly renovated space.  On final inspection of the floor there were a couple of areas that I requested be retouched.  They did not hesitate to promptly address my concerns and did a fantastic job.  The company worked with me on a very tight schedule, which I greatly appreciated.  In summary, I  am extremely happy with the floors and would highly recommend Madera Floors.

Masood the owner returned my request or information very quickly, and scheduled a time with me to measure the floor. I already knew the LVP the I wanted, and he brought the sample to help me choose a coordinating carpet. He provided a fair price for the flooring and labor. Two different teams did the work - one team did the LVP flooring and one team did the carpeting.
