They've repainted many of my rooms, and have done a complete remodel of my lower level living room to divide it and add a bedroom - the attention to detail is so good that you can't tell that it wasn't part of the original construction. They have also managed other minor repairs to my unit and some bigger maintenance projects for my condo building itself. While they might be more expensive than their competitors, what I've learned in this sector is that you get what you pay for and with Boz, it's been worth it."

"I?m sad to write this review as Hero started off as a wonderful landscape partner to us with excellent communication and integrity. Unfortunately this past year we paid for a season pass of bi-weekly lawn mowing services plus an additional spring clean up service. We tried to work things out with Hero but ultimately we received fewer than half the lawn visits, no spring clean up and the visits we received were sporatic and not on the promised timeline. Hero agreed to come by with the refund for part of the services he did not provide but has since ghosted us despite consistent attempts to reach out by phone, text, Zelle and in-person. We lost $480 in services."

The reason I removed one star is because I believe the quoted contract price, specifically for allowances, can improve. You should expect to add a minimum of $20,000 to your contract price. I also recommend referring to your contract throughout to ensure you aren’t getting an extra charge for something that should be included. Like I said, the quality of work is fantastic, but the up front pricing can improve."
