Not only did someone come out almost immediately to place a tarp over a damaged area to protect the interior ceiling from leaks, but their team also clearly communicated the underlying problem and what was necessary to fix it. On the day of replacing the roof, everyone arrived on time and the whole job was completed that day. I was well pleased with the whole experience, from Phil's professionalism, knowledge and customer service to the skilled crew who were hard working and cleaned up everything before leaving !
