The guy who came to do the estimate was very honest and told us that we had another 4 or 5 years left on the whole roof if we just wanted to get the addition done now. Fidelity Roofing replaced our roof due to roof leak and overall need to be replaced. Jonathan came out and did an assessment and also took time cover the leak with tarp until repair/replacement. And it didn t matter if we were going to contract with his company or not. When the job was completed, he came and inspected and did any cleanup or anything that his crew had left incomplete. "Every home owner eventually needs (or will need) a new roof. Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! Check the Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints and you will easily see that Power is a responsive and reasonable company to work with. Need a new roof? Power is your answer."

"Great service. Employees, are very knowledgeable, about the company and windows. This was the first time, I couldn’t think of a question to ask. They covered everything. My wife and I purchased an original 1950’s home. The windows were pulley single glass windows. In which needed to be replace. My wife and I have 18 brand new QUALITY windows in two weeks. Loved the new roof, after the bad hell storm, we hired ATW after an inspection of the damages. Greyson, no longer with them as he moved away for family, came out inspected our roof. He explained the damages, we got an adjuster to come out for damages. We hired them, they came out about 2 weeks ago. Jaime and his crew showed up about 6:30am and finished our roof by 3:30pm with clean up. I had a question about my roof, I called The owner, and she was able to explain and answer my question. We went with the light gray roof. Love this company, and have already told my family and friends about them. "
