"I was very pleased with how fast they got the job done. Their professionalism. They did a great job. This was my son's house. They also came to my house. Again great job. They went beyond what I expected. Couldn't figure out the fan in bathroom, so decided it was a bad fan. I gave them the receipt, they went and got a new one and it worked. "Fidelity Roofing called the same day, scheduled to inspect our roof within the week. (They could have come earlier in the week, but my schedule was the conflict.) He called and was able to come earlier in the day, noticed the issue, fixed it and was on his way. He even took a video of the issue and explained what his repair was. "They did a great job! My roof looks great! Reliable and kept me well informed about everything. They kept cost in mind and cleaned up nicely after themselves. Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. "MK Builders are top-notch. Their work is exceptional. Talk about quality for the money, you can't beat their craftsmanship and working knowledge. Our house is 100 years old.
