When they came back the second time, they found that the fan in the downstairs unit had stopped working. The parts are under warranty, and I paid roughly $400 for labor. Yesterday I called them because my upstairs unit was not working. The woman in the office said that they were booked out 3 weeks. I told her that since I had spent over $10K with them for the units in 2019, I think they need to come back and fix the issue. The woman then stated that the technicians did not want to come back. I nor my husband were rude to any technicians when they came to work on my units. However, my husband is black and I am white, so maybe the problem is that the family owned company are a bunch of racist. I would not use this company unless you enjoy throwing money away and horrible customer service for spending your money."
