I just haven't been able to get his company to finish some details on a deck that"custom built"did for us.Deck was finished late April I believe, and after COUNTLESS REQUESTS ( last one sent in late July) we just can't seem to get his crew back to resolve them.Not sure what's going on since he promised resolution but stopped responding to my emails.So as of last week I emailed him to let him know Im done and I will attempt repairs on my own.No response as of 8/31/23.Attached please view photos of unresolved details.The top rail which is a focal point of deck is very poorly finished.Job was fully paid for and I expected better from Mr.Tommasone and his company.
